Bundling bungle

So this bundling thing is probably great...except when it doesn't work and then you're pretty much screwed, cause your phone is connected to EVERYTHING!

I spent the entire day waiting for an AT&T technician to show up because nothing was working. Each time I called and waded through 5 minutes of voice commands, I found out that I could get help on line, which is great if your Internet service is actually working.

So tomorrow John will get to sit home and wait. Hopefully his two hour window will be more successful than my four hour (actually 6) window.
