How fun is it to spend one of the two free nights I have with John trying to troubleshoot why even after an AT&T personal appearance on Monday, we still can't get to the internet? Fun. Very Fun! Because working on technical problems together is a real relationship builder-the stress, the struggles, the exhuberance of victory, the agony of defeat, and of course the joy of spending 20 to 30 minutes on line with Technical Support. All of this is like an amazing team-building exercise. It made for a very romantic evening.
